Every time I am buying a property, saya akan ada masalah untuk tidur. Maybe excited ada, tapi maybe risau yang lebih.
This year, saya target untuk beli at least dua property. Insya Allah I will be able to achieve the target.
Sebab property ni is a big bet. On paper I have put a good plan, plenty of safeguards, etc. But at the end kita hanya mampu merancang. Itu yang saya risau.
Saya tak excited time nak decide nak beli tu, tapi bila dah put a commitment, no turning back sampai loan nak approve tu yang risau. Waktu tu self doubt mula masuk. Dulu pun macam tu. I just pray everything will turn out great. Amin.
